How would you describe the culture at Relative Dynamics?

Supportive culture that allows team members to explore interests outside of their roles.

What does a typical day look like for you?

On any given day I can be found writing code for the ground systems that support pre-launch spacecraft operations.

What are some of the opportunities for growth and mentorship that you have seen?

I have been given the opportunity to teach and help new team members each day that I've been on the project.  As an experienced engineer, I have been asked to lead and help others through the process from the very beginning.

What are some of the things you look forward to most in your job?

Most days when I'm not writing code, I look  forward to solving problems that nobody else has figured out.

What is an example of a hard problem or project you've had to solve?

The most challenging problem I've faced is with making things work, when nobody has done it before.

Why did you choose to work at Relative Dynamics?
